XugoSports Why we do it?
Two boys, bad socks and slipping pads
Xugosports began on a rainy Saturday morning pitch, with two young footballers, Xander and Hugo, fed up with the same old problems. Every few minutes, one of them was bent over tugging up slipping socks that bunched around their ankles, or readjusting shin pads that had slid out of place mid-game.
It was a small frustration, but it was enough to pull their focus from the match. So they decided to fix it themselves.
After endless tinkering, testing and muddy trial runs, they created grip socks that stay locked in place and shin pad sleeves that hold protection exactly where it belongs. They combined their names, Xander and Hugo, to form Xugosports, built by players, for players, so you can stop adjusting and just play.
